Ballet
Adult Ballet is open to adults of all ages and no prior dance experience is necessary. All levels of experience are welcome! This class will help to improve posture, coordination, muscle tone, and flexibility.

Beginning Ballet is for ages 9+ that prefer study once weekly. This class is designed for students who wish to learn the principals of classical ballet from the very beginning.
